It was 1941 and a stunning young woman was working in the paint and brush department at the Woolworth's Store in El Paso, Texas when a handsome young soldier stationed at Ft. Bliss walked in and saw the woman of his dreams. My father took one look and knew that she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. My mother was indeed swept off her feet when she found out that the young man admiring her was the Golden Gloves Champ of the 1st Cavalry Division. |

| Summer of 1943, my father was sent on Advanced Detail with the 1st Cavalry Division to the South Pacific. Mom returned to her native state of Arizona.
In 1945 My father was honorably discharged from the Cavalry after being wounded in the Invasion of the Phillipine Islands and was decorated with the Purple Heart. |

In 1954 Precision Auto began in the retail of New and Used Auto Parts and Automotive Repair. My Father and Mother worked very hard, always giving their customers good old fashioned service and guaranteeing all labor and parts. |
My Father has always said, "Treat your customers right, keep a high standard of quality, be honest, and work hard". Mom always said, "Pay your vendors on time and keep your paperwork in order". This combination proved to be successful. |

As the business grew, so did our family. Mom and Dad worked together raising five children, instilling high values and creating a business of great integrity. |

In 1972 Precision Auto incorporated and became Precision Auto Diagnostic, Inc. After several years we discontinued the repair business and began specializing in the sale of late model salvage and started doing business as Precision Auto Parts. We then expanded and created a separate Wheel Division in 1985. As you can see Precision has a history of quality and excellence. My brothers and I are proud to continue the tradition with the same philosophy that Mom and Dad proved made Precision Auto Parts successful.
